$10,000 HOLE-IN-ONE: The 7th hole will be monitored for the Hole-in-One competition and must be 174 yards from tee to hole, confirmed by Mountain Springs Golf. There wiil also be competitions at other Par 3 holes. The individual hitting the hole-in-one shall be 21 or more to qualify. No mulligans or take-overs will be allowed. An affidavit will be prepared by the 7th hole moderator and shall include the original Player Form and the signed Team's Scorecard. After submission to insurance company, they will conduct an investigation and require the witness and the winner to take a polygraph examination. In case of dispute, all attorney fees shall be paid by Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 391, and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and will be conducted in Washoe County, Nevada.

Proceeds to benefit Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 391's community charitable projects such as scholarships, assisting the homeless, Meals on Wheels, American Cancer Society, Interfaith Community Social Services, Sierra Providers, and many others.
